SEPCS is a multidisciplinary society for those who care for infants, children, and adolescents with congenital and acquired cardiovascular problems.
Our members are healthcare professionals affiliated with seventeen different leading pediatric cardiovascular centers throughout the southeastern United States, as well as other locations in the U.S.
SEPCS members include nurses, mid-level practitioners (NP's and PA's), respiratory therapists, cardiac cath lab staff, echosonographers, cardiopulmonary bypass perfusionists, physical therapists, genetic specialists, and child life specialists who work with cardiac children.
SEPCS includes healthcare professionals in cardiac intensive care units, operating rooms, stepdown units, pediatric units, echo labs, cardiac cath labs, holter/pacer clinics, and outpatient clinics among its members.
SEPCS provides networking opportunities among colleagues, an avenue for collaboration on educational and/or research projects, as well as annual continuing education for members.
